The name Magata comes from ammaliata, Italian for “wild, enchanted” – a nod to the intuitive, instinctive way each object is made. Tactile yet ethereal, its talismanic objects accompany daily rituals, transitions, and journeys – an invitation to presence and connection with self, nature, and community. Each piece bears the imprint of its maker, the time devoted to its creation, and the place it comes from. Made to last, they are heirlooms meant to be passed from one generation to the next. Photo & video, shot in Paris.
